Caroline Rattenbury

After a 20 year career in banking and a three-year break on parental leave, Caroline happened upon her dream role via an innocent internet browse and wouldn’t look back. Her role as Operations Manager sees her surrounded by animals, who she says always make you feel happier.

Just like all the PVE team members, Caroline cares deeply about the clients and patients that walk through the door. One particular case close to Caroline’s heart was a dog who was hit by a car, whose owner was four months pregnant and two weeks away from moving interstate. Unfortunately, the dog needed a leg amputation but being able to spend time with the owner gave Caroline a sense of fulfillment and gratitude for being in a role that allows her to make a personal difference in a difficult situation.

Caroline relishes spending time with family and friends in her time off, including her two Cavaliers.
