Our Animal Emergency Services (AES) Hobart hospital is a vibrant hub, delivering exceptional emergency veterinary care with passion and commitment. We are excited to introduce a new role: Veterinary Administration Manager, and we are looking for an inspiring leader to join our journey.
  
What You’ll Do:

  • Be the cornerstone of support for our frontline teams, who are the heart of our hospitals!
  • Foster a culture of excellence in patient care.
  • Drive financial management and hospital reporting with a focus on team collaboration.
  • Lead projects and ensure smooth operations to enhance team performance.
  • Partner with our Clinical Manager to champion outstanding patient outcomes.
  • Oversee rostering and resources, ensuring our veterinary teams are equipped to excel.

  
What We’re Looking For:

  • A dynamic leader with experience in operations and a strong background in people development, onboarding, and performance management.
  • Expertise in financial management and project coordination, with a people-focused approach.
  • Proven experience in leading small to medium teams, inspiring others through your approachability and transparency.
  • A natural relationship builder, adept at fostering connections and problem-solving.
  • Flexibility in working hours to support our team and business needs.
  • A detail-oriented multi-tasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role within the veterinary industry (formal qualifications are a bonus but not essential).
