About the Role As a Senior CCR, you’ll help lead our client care team and support clients during some of the most challenging moments they’ll face with their pets.
You’ll take a hands-on approach to daily operations; ensuring processes run smoothly, guiding the team, and maintaining a calm, professional front of house. This is a varied role that blends leadership, administration, and client communication in a fast-paced 24/7 environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting and mentoring our client care team
- Providing professional and empathetic communication to clients
- Overseeing administrative tasks including payments, invoicing, and follow-ups
- Maintaining compliance with hospital systems and procedures
- Working closely with the veterinary and nursing teams to support patient care
- Working variety of shifts- days, nights, weekends, public holidays
What We’re Looking For:
- Have at least 5 years’ experience in administration or client care
- Stay calm, professional, and empathetic under pressure
- Communicate clearly and work well within a team
- Have a strong eye for detail and a proactive approach
- Ideally have experience in a veterinary or busy medical environment
