The Job
As a member of our veterinary team, you would be provided both on-the-job and external training to help you provide excellent Emergency and Critical Care to your patients. You would be supported by an amazing team of vet nurses, specialist trained client care representatives, and a managerial team dedicated to helping you achieve your career goals.
Our team is dedicated to career progression and continuing education. All members of our vet team are offered enrolment into the Accelerated Learning Program through Improve International – designed to teach you the fundamentals of Emergency and Critical Care. We have four MANZCVS Senior Veterinarians (growing every year), and an extensive network of experienced clinicians who enjoy training and supporting all team members. We also regularly host vet students from Universities around Australia, so you will also be contributing to training the next generation of vets.
We are open for our patients and clients 7 days a week, 24 hours a day so you will benefit from a rotational roster that includes nights, days, weekends and public holidays that is fair for all, working with a collaborative and supportive team.

Job Requirements:
All About You
- An amazing Vet (we are ideally looking for an experienced vet, but less experienced vets with aptitude and enthusiasm are encouraged to apply – we can teach you the skills if you have the passion and the heart)
- MANZCVS qualifications are highly desirable but not required
- A veterinary degree recognised within Australia and registerable with the WA Veterinary Surgeons Board.
- A passion for providing excellent patient care, a desire to work as part of a team, and a drive for continuing education.
- Ability to quickly build rapport with customers, fellow team members and management
- An adept learner willing to explore new horizons and accept change when based on sound professional foundations
- Knowing that excellence is only achieved through care and collaboration, respect, integrity, and teamwork
- You know your measure, can work independently but you also know when to call for assistance
- A high level of resilience created through adaptability and flexibility
- COVID certificate required (mandatory for WA Vet professionals)
