About the Role
VE&T is seeking a versatile and enthusiastic Education Program Administrator to join our dedicated team and assist in the VE&T administration of the Improve Veterinary Education programs across all key areas (education platforms, course set-up, delegate administration and workshop coordination).
This is a permanent part-time position for 24hrs per week with potential for future increase as the successful candidates grows and owns the role. Please note as part of Animal Emergency Australia this role is based either at our Springwood office or at our Nambour office.
This established role is taking over from a team member who has moved to a new role within the business. You will be responsible for a variety of duties including:
- Maintain, optimise and administer all aspects of the learning management platform (Moodle)
- Upload and edit programs and the relevant subject materials in the LMS
- Review documents for upcoming courses
- Process program registrations and be involved in all stages of delegates lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding
- Respond to program queries from delegates and work closely with the Improve Vet Education global team to ensure a positive delegate experience.
- Work with speakers around all aspects of program delivery
- Coordinate with relevant parties (speakers/sponsors/venues) to help deliver face to face educational workshops

Technical Skills & Experience:
- 2+ years administration experience
- Knowledge of post graduate education sector (desirable but not mandatory)
- High technical proficiency (Microsoft Suite, Learning Management software such as Moodle, Task Management software)
- Ability to work independently
- Exceptional problem solving abilities
