About the Clinic
Perth Vet Emergency (PVE) is a fast-paced and progressive emergency service located in our 2 well renowned PVE hospitals based in Yokine and Canninton. We are a trusted leader in Emergency and Critical Care (ECC) for small animals and our vision is to set the highest possible standard for ECC medicine in Australia. We have an inclusive and compassionate team of Client Care Representatives, Management, Nurses, and Veterinarians.
About the Role
Our Client Care Representative role is the main connection between our clients and the clinical team. This position is responsible for ensuring our clients and their pets have the best possible experience whilst in AES care. This starts from the time they come through our doors to when they leave and beyond. We greet everyone with a smile on our face and compassion in our heart, regardless of the emergencies that are occurring behind closed doors.
Please note PVE Cannington a 24/7 emergency clinic, so flexible availability is required for shift work.
What does CCR life look like at PVE?
- Providing exceptional care to clients and pets including triaging pets on arrival
- Communicating pet updates to clients and answering their queries
- Collaborating with the broader team regarding updates, pet’s needs and finance information
- Assisting clients with finance and insurance claims
- Cash handling and daily reconciliations
- Adhoc administrative duties associated with running the front of the clinic
About You
- Customer service experience
- High degree of resilience
- Quick thinking and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of animal triaging or experience in a veterinary environment (preferred)
- Personal mode of transport (essential for shift work)
