As a Client Care Manager, you will ensure smooth reception and client services while driving excellence in customer experience. You will lead and develop a high-performing CCR team and optimise operations to support hospital efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train, and mentor the CCR team to provide exceptional customer service.
