Animal Emergency Services (AES) Jindalee is looking for an experienced ECC Veterinarian (or a highly experienced GP vet keen to transition into emergency) to join our supportive, skilled, and genuinely collaborative team.
We’re independently owned, employee-driven, and passionate about delivering gold-standard emergency and critical care while also looking after our people just as well as our patients.
About the Role
As an ECC Veterinarian at AES Jindalee, you’ll manage a varied and rewarding emergency caseload, supported by experienced vets, nurses, and client care professionals. We operate weeknights and all weekend, and we do our best to work with you to design rosters that support your lifestyle around those shifts.
Whether you’re an established ECC vet or a confident GP ready to step into emergency medicine, you’ll be welcomed into a strong culture of mentoring, teaching, and teamwork.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Deliver high-quality emergency and critical care to animals
- Collaborate closely with vets and nurses to ensure seamless patient care
- Manage complex and time-critical cases with confidence and empathy
- Communicate clearly and compassionately with pet owners during stressful situations
- Stay calm, practical, and solution-focused in a fast-paced environment
About You
- Veterinary degree recognised in Australia
- Registered (or eligible for registration) in Queensland
- Experience in ECC or strong GP skills with a desire to transition
- Collaborative, adaptable, and patient-focused
- Confident communicator who thrives in a team environment
