Dr Rod Meehan

Once Rod Meehan graduated from university in 1991 he worked in the United Kingdom for two years. He then partnered in a multi-practice veterinary group on the Gold Coast for 12 years. This was followed with a sabbatical to Japan for 12 months and upon returning, Dr Meehan took a position with Gold Coast Vet Surgery. He is now the Chief of Hospitals at Animal Emergency Australia.

“I am extremely focused on providing a very high standard of small animal surgery. It is important to me to keep my techniques current and confer with colleagues to ensure the animals I treat are receiving correct care.“
