Animal Emergency Service (AES) Jindalee is looking for a compassionate and capable Client Care Representative (CCR) to join our after-hours emergency team. As the first point of contact, you’ll guide pet owners through challenging times with professionalism, empathy, and warmth. We’re ideally looking for someone with proven customer service experience (veterinary or hospital settings are highly regarded). But just as importantly, we want someone who is resilient, quick-thinking, and ready to learn.
This role starts as casual with the opportunity to move into permanent part-time. With flexible work options, we’re keen to chat with people with from veterinary and other backgrounds and experiences to see how this could fit for both sides.
What You’ll Do
- Welcome and triage clients and pets on arrival
- Communicate updates and provide support throughout their visit
- Handle admin, payments, and insurance claims
- Collaborate with our clinical team to deliver seamless service
